A Garden Soiree for One Spring Evening
On September 16th at 7pm, Regatta Hotel welcomed an intimate crowd to celebrate the blooming, spring season with the ultimate feast, as part of One Spring Evening.
With a stellar guest list including Corey and Margaux Parker, Amy & Tyson from My Kitchen Rules and the creme de la creme of the Brisbane foodie community, guests mingled against the magical backdrop of a twinkling, garden soiree.
With Moet flowing, the evening was all about decadence, seen with a indulgent three course menu including truffle ricotta gnocco, dukkah roasted lamb rump, baked Atlantic salmon and charcuterie platters a plenty.
