Join Regatta Hotel’s Executive Chef, Simon Street, and The National Grilling Networks’ Richard Bell for one epic HOT & FAST BBQ MASTERCLASS.
Forming part of the Regatta Barbecue Fest in the laneway behind the hotel, this masterclass will include mastering the art of barbecuing 2 cuts of beef, duck breast and pork belly, 3 side dishes and 2 sauces – a mammoth barbecue session from 9-2pm.
The masterclass will be followed by a scrumptious, seated lunch and includes a 3 hour drinks package, including beer, wine and soft drinks.
Simon Street is renowned to cook off a phenomenal dry-aged steak in the Regatta Boatshed restaurant, and now he will be sharing his best tips and tricks in this exclusive BBQ masterclass.
