Regatta Rewards Cardholders
Conditions of Use

1. Regatta Rewards card holders (herein after referred to as cardholders), must be 18 years or older.
   
2. Employees og The Regatta Hotel are not entitled to be Cardholders. 
   
3. Cardholders may have a card issued in one name only.
   
4. When issued with a card, it is the cardholders responsibility to set up their own PIN and not disclose this PIN to any other party to protect points from being redeemed in the case of a lost card.
   
5. When playing the Pokie Machines it is the players responsibility to ensure their Regatta Rewards card is properly inserted into the card reader slot and is generating bonus points. Any play accumulated without your card properly inserted will not generate points. Bonus Points are displayed on the screen of your machine as they accrue.
   
6. Your Regatta Rewards card and account is a privilege granted by Management to loyal and active Hotel Patrons and maybe revoked or cancelled at Management's discretion at any time.
   
7. Fraudulent use will result in immediate and permanent withdrawal of your card and all of it's privileges and all Bonus Points, Prizes and visitation Rewards.
   
8. Your Bonus Points may not be bartered, brokered or sold and may not be transferred.
   
9. Card holders can not authorize others to use or claim on their card.
   
10. When redeeming Bonus Points, prizes and Visitation Rewards, you will be required to present valid identification along with your Regatta Rewards card.
    
11. Cardholders may not use any card issued in another persons name to redeem Bonus Points, Prizes and Visitation Rewards.
    
12. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards or for points redeemed.
    
13. Replacement cards will be issued by Management at a cost, after showing valid identification.
    
14. An account with no activity for 6 consecutive months will become inactive and may result in all points being declared null and void.
    
15. Management reserves the right to:
    - Adjust any points balance resulting from malfunction, operational errors or fraud.
    - Alter or cancel this program at any time without notice.
    - Vary the conditions of the program with specific promotions.
    - All decisions made by Management are final and binding.
    
16. Use of the Regatta Rewards card indicates your understanding and acceptance of the foregoing rules and all other terms and conditions which may from time to time involve other specific Regatta Rewards promotions.
    
17. The Regatta Hotel endorses responsible gaming and responsible service of alcohol .
