The Coronation Package is designed for those who want to be pampered on their wedding day. Full table service by experienced waitstaff is provided. Wines can be left in coolers on the tables for self-service or waitstaff can pour all wines at the tables as needed. Treat yourselves and your guests to true service.

Pre-Dinner

Chef’s selection of platters for 1/2 an hour

(Approximately one platter per 25 guests)

Please choose two selections from each course to be served to your guests as alternate drop

 

Freshly baked bread rolls

 

Entrée

Smoked Salmon Stack with herb pizzette, cucumber, rocket and aioli

 

Rosemary and Garlic Lamb Cutlets with Greek style salad and tzatziki

 

Barramundi Spring Rolls with petit pickle salad and chilli soy dip

 

Sun-dried Tomato and Fetta Ravioli with Napoli sauce (vegetarian)

 

Main Course

Salad and steam vegetables to be served to each table

 

Atlantic Salmon Fillet with roasted roma tomatoes and rocket salad and béarnaise

 

Oven-roasted Supreme Chicken Breast with new potatoes and brocolini in a red wine jus

 

300 gm Rib Fillet Steak cooked medium, with garlic mushrooms, mash potatoes and green beans in a red wine jus

 

Roasted Vegetable Stack grilled, with fetta and pesto sauce (vegetarian)
