Grilled king snapper – from Qld top end served with chips, garden salad and lemon Sauce

Pasta of the Day – see your waiter for details (V)

Eye Fillet – 200g 120 days grain fed

Grilled Bangalow sweet pork and caraway seed sausage with double creamy mash potatoes and shallot jus

 

Steaks are served with choice of baked Idaho potato or Chips; and garden salad, Coleslaw or Caesar salad with your choice of sauce; either mushroom, pepper, red wine, chilli-tomato or Béarnaise sauce

Roma and Cherry tomatosalad with bocconcini cheese and pesto mayonnaise dressing
