Anthony is an industry veteran, having worked in an impressive variety of fine dining restaurants and most recently, QPAC, where he oversaw multiple restaurants, catering and food offerings within the multi-faceted performing arts venue.
The menu is testament to Anthony’s rich, 30-year career as a chef, with beautiful presentation, innovative flavour combinations and great composition of dishes.
